I have started to get into videography more than 12 years ago and over time, it has become more and more of a passion. I am beyond grateful to have captured my adventures, experiences and the development of my dogs in motion pictures and to now be able to create such memories for other dogs’ owners as well.
Throughout the years, I’ve been able to improve and expand my knowledge through learning-by-doing, several internships and simply trying around, and am super happy to now give a lot of this knowledge to you.
The following video training is split into three parts: theory, shooting and editing.
The theoretical part contains information about different color spaces in cameras and how I set my camera up to shoot in a color profile that gives me the data I need to edit vibrant and lively colors.
In the shooting part, I’m taking you out on a shoot with me. I tell you what I’m aiming for in a location, what I keep in mind while recording and what settings and tools I use to get a good base to work with later on.
In the editing part, I guide you through my complete workflow of colorgrading in Adobe Premiere Pro. I explain you the theory of so-called LUTs, how you can enhance the colors, contrasts and lighting of your clips and how all the different color tools in the software work. I also show you how to use masks, remove color casts or make different clips match.
Regardless of whether you have experience with videography already or not, I am sure you will be able to take a lot of input from this.
The class is only available in English.
